Shop & orders
- Pricing & VAT. Prices are shown in euros (€). Applicable VAT is added at checkout according to the shipping destination, within EU rules.
- Production & fulfilment. Merchandise is produced on demand by our print partner and shipped directly from EU facilities. Typical production: 3–5 working days. Shipping: 3–7 working days within the EU; longer internationally.
- Returns. Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have fourteen days from receipt to cancel the order without giving a reason. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, with original labels. Custom or personalised items are not eligible for cancellation.
- Defects. If your item arrives defective or the wrong size was shipped, write to [email protected] within 30 days with a photo and order number. We replace or refund.
Newsletter & membership
- The free Weekly Dispatch arrives in your inbox on Sundays, or thereabouts. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email.
- The paid edition of the newsletter is a rolling monthly or annual membership. You can cancel at any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not pro-rate refunds for unused time.
- Membership is strictly personal and non-transferable. We do not sell institutional licences at this stage.
Acceptable use
You are welcome here as long as you do not attempt to compromise the site, scrape content at industrial scale, or use our work in ways that misrepresent our positions. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose conduct makes the project materially worse.
Liability
We write essays and print shirts. Nothing on this site is legal, financial, investment, or tax advice. If you act on something you read here, you do so on your own account.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Consumer disputes that cannot be resolved directly may be referred to the Centro de Informação, Mediação e Arbitragem de Consumo competent for your area.
